Payment related issues

At present, cash on delivery service is not supported, but you can choose other convenient online payment methods.
Delivery related issues
We provide standard international express delivery and air freight services, and you can choose the logistics method that suits you at checkout.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 5-15 working days. The delivery time depends on your address and the chosen logistics method
1. Standard international express delivery: 4-7 working days.
Air delivery: 1-3 working days.
We support global delivery, but some remote areas may require additional time or cost.
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can check the delivery status in real-time through the websites of our logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.

If the logistics display shows abnormal delivery, please contact customer service immediately, and we will verify with the logistics company and assist in resolving the issue.
If the order has not been shipped yet, you can contact customer service to modify the address; If the shipment has already been made, it may not be possible to change the address, but we will do our best to provide assistance.
The specific cost is determined by the tariff policy of the destination country. We suggest that you consult with the local customs before placing an order to understand the possible fees.
If the product is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the product and provide photos as proof.
If the order is lost, we will confirm the situation with the logistics company and resend or refund it to you.
Comprehensive issues
Orders can be cancelled or modified before shipment. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to provide the order number and change request.
Refund processing usually takes 3-5 working days, and the specific arrival time depends on the payment method and bank processing speed.
Due to the fact that our goods are fresh plants, we do not support return processing. If you encounter any problems upon receiving the goods, please contact customer service immediately within 24 hours.
